Heartburn/acid reflux is the burning feeling in the chest caused by stomach acid travelling to the throat from the stomach. It is caused by bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine due to poor diet and lifestyle. Heartburn/acid reflux capsules are formulated to restore intestinal imbalance and to strengthen and repair the tissues of the digestive system. Prescription medication such as ‘Omeprazole’ reduces the symptoms but does not address the root cause of the problem, this can eventually leads to long-term damage of the digestive tract.
